Consent to personal data processing

I voluntarily give sole proprietor Tatiana Aleksandrovna Nevskaya (IP Nevskaya T. A.), INN 541009945495, OGRNIP 314547610100241, address: 24/3 Tsentralnaya St., Koltsovo, Novosibirsk Region, 630559, Russia, my consent to the processing of the data I provided through the laboratory17.ru website: name, organization, work email, professional role, country or target market and, if I provided them, the organization's website, city, phone or messenger, and my survey answers.

Purposes

Analysis of market participants' requirements for microalgae-based materials, review of my request and follow-up on the question I chose, including an invitation to an interview if I requested one.

Permitted operations

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of data — with and without automation.

The data is stored and processed on the operator's server in the Russian Federation. A notification of a new answer containing my contact details is sent to the operator by email via the mail server of the Webnames hosting (Regtime LLC, Russian Federation). No other third-party processors (web analytics, CRM, mailing or cloud services) are engaged; data is not transferred across borders. The technical services used are described in the personal data processing policy.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid for no more than 12 months from receipt of the answer and may be withdrawn earlier. To withdraw it, it is enough to send a request to 3367788@bk.ru with the subject “Laboratory 17 — withdrawal of consent” or a letter to the operator's address. Withdrawal of consent does not stop processing permitted on an independent legal basis.

What the consent does not cover

This consent does not include a subscription to advertising or information messages and does not permit publication of my contact details or individual answers. Information messages are sent only if a separate box is ticked in the form and stop at the first request.

When the form is submitted, the date, the version of this text and the fact of consent are stored.
